2025 Summer Enrollment Deferment
If you will miss two or more complete weeks of classes this summer, you may submit the form below to receive credit for those weeks.
Remember:
1) Summer Enrollment Deferment Policy is effective June 9 through August 24 ONLY
2) Deferments must be for full weeks only; partial weeks will not be added
3) Those on monthly and quarterly payment plans will still be charged each month until your tuition is paid; as with paid-in-full agreements, the extra weeks accumulated will be added on at the end of your current contract
4) Deferred students may take class on a drop-in basis for $20 per class
5) Enrollment Agreements go back into effect after the below-specified period has ended (no later than August 23, 2025).
6) This form must be completed before you leave and the deferment may not be requested retroactively.
