Final decisions on testing readiness will be made by Masters Marr and Bayless. Forms will be handed out to those deemed ready starting two weeks before the scheduled test.

Be able to recite this definition: Taekwon-do is a Korean unarmed art of self-defense. It is not only kicking and punching, but a way of thinking and living. The main goal of Taekwon-do is to achieve total mind and body control through training. “Tae” means foot, “Kwon” means fist, and “Do” means way of, so Taekwon-do literally means “The way of the foot and fist.”

Know where to aim the following techniques:
(a) middle punch (b) high punch (c) fingertip thrust (d) upset punch
Know what part of the foot strikes the target with:

You may be asked to tie your belt properly as part of the test.
