    Registration Form

          Children in Kindergarten through 8th grade are welcome. 
    Kids do not need to be a Taekwon-do student to join us, but each day will include a Taekwon-do class.

          Full Day Tuition = $60-$80
          Payment in full is required upon registration.
    By enrolling my child in a program at Master Marr's Taekwon-do (MMTKD), I am agreeing to the following:
    MMTKD is not liable for any injuries sustained or illnesses contracted while on School property or involved in MMTKD-related activities.  Students waive any claim of damages against MMTKD or any of its employees or students, or Taekwon-do International or any of its employees or representatives.  Students also understand that MMTKD does not pay for the treatment of any injuries or illnesses.  
     
    Students are required to inform MMTKD of any pre-existing medical conditions and must maintain full medical insurance while enrolled at MMTKD. The responsible party certifies that the enrollee is not suffering from any illness, physical or mental, which could inhibit their ability to safely participate in this program.  ​
